Harmon Retail

Harmon Road is an approximate 2.86 AC parcel of land that will be developed to provide 25,000 SF of retail space to North Fort Worth at the intersection of Harmon Road and Heritage Trace Parkway. The completed development will consist of three retail buildings, outdoor patio space, and parking for patrons. The expected tenant mix will include a salon, boutique fitness studio, as well as retail and restaurant options. Construction is expected to commence early Q1 of 2023.
