Riverglen Medical Office Building is a redevelopment of an existing two story building totaling 18,024 SF building off Hulen Street in Fort Worth, Texas that was acquired by CHC Development in 2025. The completed development will also include 8,000 SF of underground secured storage / parking upon completion in 2027.
