Ryan Dwiggins, Vice President of Development, is responsible for the feasibility analysis and construction management for each development selected by the Company. His specific activities include financial analysis, development planning and management, and coordination with municipalities, consultants, and contractors throughout the development process to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. In addition, he is responsible for negotiating tenant l
eases as well as assisting with property management and tenant finish-out coordination.
Prior to joining CHC, Mr. Dwiggins worked for JLL for nearly four years, concentrating on tenant representation, commercial leasing, property disposition, and portfolio management. During this time, he completed over 100 lease transactions and 60 sale transactions, focusing on land, office, and industrial properties across North America, including transactions in Canada and Mexico.
Mr. Dwiggins graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management, and from Baylor University with a Masters of Business Administration. He is licensed to sell real estate in the State of Texas. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, traveling, playing tennis, and visiting all the Major League Baseball stadiums. Mr. Dwiggins is a member of the Young Leaders Council Steering Committee of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Transit Coalition of North Texas, and the Texas A&M Association of Former Students Century Club.
